The Initiation Ceremony of GISBIR to ASEF was held

The Initiation Ceremony of the Turkish Shipbuilders’ Association (GISBIR) to the Active Shipbuilding Experts’ Federation (ASEF) was held with international participation in Tokyo, Japan.

In addition to Orkun OZEK, GISBIR Board Treasurer and Aydın ALAFTAN, President GISBIR Foreign Relations Commission, shipbuilding associations and shipowners of the strongest nine countries of the Far East including Japan, China and South Korea, have participatedthe 2^nd Assembly Meeting, the 3^rd Council Meeting and the 10^th Forum of ASEF.

The Initiation Ceremony of GISBIR was held in the morning session in Tokyo, Japan. Shigeru MURAYAMA, the Chairman of ASEF, expressed their appreciationregarding GISBIR Membership to ASEF. Aydın ALAFTAN, President GISBIR Foreign Relations Commission expressed that he felt proud and honored to be accepted as a member to ASEF and also stated that the future co-operations between GISBIR and ASEF will be fruitful for both GISBIR and ASEF and he wished that 2017 will bring prosperity to all of the countries.
